This tutu was made with a 1" ribbon and over 40 yards of tulle. The tulle is nice and soft so it won't bother baby's skin for those adorable first portraits.

Tutu Cute!
This little tutu is for a brand new baby who just came into the world recently. A parent of one of my former students bought this to celebrate the birth of her friends' daughter. I'm hoping that they'll take a picture and let me post it here!
